Currently, I am a Research Associate in Marcotte
Lab of Center for Systems
and Synthetic Biology, University
of Texas at Austin.
My ultimate scientific interest is understanding relations between various
bio-molecualr organizations and cellular/organismal physiological behaviors.
In order to tackle this problem, I use Systems Biology approaches, mainly network modeling from various types of genomics data and its interpretation.
